The Law Review does not have a fixed policy regarding offer deadlines. As a general rule, the Law Review will make offers on non-expedited pieces with deadlines of two to four days. Generally, we will not give offers on expedited-review pieces earlier than the deadline which directed our review, as we recognize that this disrupts the planning processes of other journals.
